We are starting a new fundraiser. I drew this picture of my dear friend's little girl Zoe, who was adopted from Ethiopia. I showed it to Zoe's big brother (he is her bio sibling and Solomon's best friend) and asked him who it was. He said, "That's Zoe...but who's the other person?" I thought fast and said, "Well...it's your mom!" He answered me, "REALLY? She DOES NOT have a bathrobe that color!" LOL!
We are excited about how well these turned out. I had them printed through Vistaprint (using their 1/2 off online coupon). They are very nice quality--thick cards with a mat finish. On the inside (small and in grayscale at the bottom) we had Psalm 68:6 printed: "He places the lonely in families..." We have already sold 60 packs! If they all sell, we will reprint. I also have another drawing of a little orphan girl that we may print up as well.
If you are interested in making a donation and getting some cards in return, we are asking a minimum $10 donation for a pack of 10 cards and 10 envelopes. We have not ventured out to the post office to figure out postage costs, but if you need them mailed to you, that would be extra or it would cease to be a fundRAISER. :-) We can figure that out if you are interested. I'm guessing it wouldn't be more than a few dollars, maybe less? Email us at fergusfarm2565 (at) gmail if you would like a pack!
God places the lonely in families...Psalm 68:6
